Archives
Finding and restoring what was deleted, and the permanent purge reserved to the owner.
In SuperMDT, nothing is really deleted. A deleted record, report, rank or service disappears from the lists, but stays in Settings › Archives, ready to be restored exactly as it was.

Configuration archives (members, services, ranks, forms…) stay reserved to administrators. With See archives but without Restore from archives, the Restore button stays visible but locked, with a padlock and the help “Restricted: Delegated administration › Restore from archives”. See Permissions.
Finding an item
Section titled “Finding an item”Pick the Item type:
- Records: citizens, players, vehicles, weapons, reports, operation hostages, photos and notes, offense files, offenses, warrants, BOLOs, medical visits, cases, hearings, announcements;
- Configuration: members, services, ranks, forms, fields, reference lists and their rows, offense levels, unit statuses, Call templates and Patrol sectors (see Calls and Patrol sectors).
Items show from newest to oldest, with who deleted them and when. The list is paginated (Show more) and says how many items are shown. For a medical visit, only the patient and the date show: the content stays confidential.
Restoring
Section titled “Restoring”Restore puts the item back in place, with its links. SuperMDT refuses a restore that would create an inconsistency, and tells you why:

Each restore goes to the audit log.
Purging permanently
Section titled “Purging permanently”Purge erases for good, stored files included (photos, attachments). It is irreversible, and reserved to the organization’s owner: hold the button down to confirm. An item that other records still depend on can’t be purged. The purge goes to the audit log.
