The Back office (/admin) lists SuperMDT’s customer organizations. It is reserved for platform administrators: their account IDs are listed, comma-separated, in the PLATFORM_ADMINS environment variable of the Convex backend. For them, the My account menu shows a Back office link. You must be signed in; anyone else opening /admin sees “Restricted” (“This area is reserved for the SuperMDT team.”), with Back to home. The server refuses each of its requests the same way.

Organizations arrive 25 at a time, newest first. For each one:

  • Organization: its name and address (/o/…);
  • Owner: their account name (“Deleted account” if it no longer exists);
  • Members: the number of active members;
  • Status: Active, Suspended or Deleted;
  • Created: the creation date (exact time on hover).

Above the list, the number of organizations loaded. Load more shows the next 25.

The Filter organizations field searches by name, address or owner, ignoring accents and capitals. It only filters organizations already loaded: if you can’t find a customer, click Load more and filter again.

  • Open: opens the organization’s address. The back office grants no rights inside: you only get in if you are a member; otherwise, an error shows.
  • Suspend (hold the button down; releasing cancels): the organization is suspended. Only its owner can still open it; other members see “This organization is suspended. Contact its owner.”. The organization’s game bridge is also refused while the suspension lasts.
  • Reactivate (on a suspended organization): restores access for all its members and the bridge.

A Deleted organization stays listed, with no action.

During the beta, creating an organization requires an access code. The back office’s Access codes tab manages them:

  • New code: an Internal note (who, why), the number of Uses (Single use, 5 or Unlimited) and the Expiry (Never, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days), then Create the code. The code and its direct link are only shown once: copy them before clicking I copied it.
  • The list shows, for each code, its last four characters, its uses, its expiry and its state (Active, Used up, Expired or Revoked). Log shows its creation, its uses (by whom, for which organization) and its revocation.
  • Revoke (hold the button down; releasing cancels): the code is refused from then on. Organizations already created with it are not affected.
