The Statistics module (Department group) measures the activity of one or more services over a period: duty hours, calls, offenses, operations, care, cases, payroll. It serves command staff for end-of-week or end-of-month reviews.

The Duty section of statistics
  • Services: the services that have the Statistics module and where you have at least one section, ten at most together; your current service is picked at first. Several services are combined (“3 services combined”).
  • Period: Week, Month, or Custom (From … To …, 400 days at most). The arrows move to the Previous period or Next period. Days and weeks follow the organization’s time zone.
  • Compare with the previous period (on by default): each indicator shows its change. If the figures were computed without the previous period, a reminder asks you to refresh to compare.

Over more than 62 days, the curves switch from days to weeks.

A section only shows if one of the selected services has one of the modules it measures and you have its permission there (see below). Sections show as tabs; the page opens on the first one, then on the last one you opened on this device.

Each chart has a Show data button that shows the same content as a table (Show chart to go back). Rankings keep the top twelve; the rest is grouped under Others; the hours ranking keeps the top hundred members.

So that it costs nothing while nobody looks, figures are not computed continuously. The first time a period is opened, click Compute; after that, Refresh runs it again (“Computed …” tells how old the figures are). A computation takes a few seconds; you need to wait 30 seconds between two computations of the same section, and 10 seconds between two computations in the organization, all sections together (60 computations an hour at most). Figures less than 2 minutes old for the same period are kept as they are. With several services, a reminder points out those not computed for the period yet (“1 service is not computed for this period yet”).

Export as CSV downloads the figures of the section shown.

Statistics on a phone

Each section has its own permission. The Statistics page opens as soon as one section is granted to you in one of your services, and only shows the sections you are allowed.

Permission What it allows Default
Statistics › Staff section the Staff section: members, leave and sanctions supervisors and up
