The SuperMDT handbook
Everything you need to set up, configure and run the intranet for your GTA RP server’s public services.
SuperMDT brings your FiveM server’s police, medical services and justice together in a single tool built for roleplay. Services, ranks, permissions, members: everything is configured from the interface, with no developer needed, to match your server’s rules.
The MDT works on its own, in a browser. Two connections are optional and added whenever you decide: the game (in-game tablet, going on duty, positions, characters) and Discord (roles, nicknames, posted messages, commands).
Get started
Sign in, create your organization and follow its getting started guide, pick your character, find your way around, set up your profile and notifications.
- Quick startThe steps to set up SuperMDT for your server, from your Discord account to connecting the game.
- ServicesPolice, medical, justice — SuperMDT’s service templates and the modules each one gets.
- Signing inGet into SuperMDT with your Discord account, then pick your organization and your character.
- Creating your organizationThe five-step wizard that sets up your server, then the getting started guide that sets everything else.
- Getting startedThe guided tour that follows the creation of your organization, step by step, with the defaults already in place.
- Getting around SuperMDTHome, the top bar, the My account menu, module panels, ⌘K search, Settings, picking your character and mobile navigation.
- My profile and the profile cardYour photo, in-game phone, bank account and motto; the profile card that opens on any officer’s photo across the MDT; who sees what.
- NotificationsThe bell in the top bar and Discord direct messages — what concerns you, when it happens, the way you chose.
Day to day
Keep the files: citizens, vehicles, weapons, photos, operation reports, medical records, documents, exports and search.
- CitizensThe file of your server’s characters, and the record that brings together their identity, criminal record, vehicles, weapons and files.
- Vehicles and weaponsThe registration file and the weapons registry: search by plate or serial number, status, owner.
- PhotosPhotos of citizens, vehicles and weapons, operation photos, the Photo and Gallery fields, pasting with Ctrl+V, in-game photos, the default image and the viewer.
- Operation reportsRobberies, hostage situations: the operation lives during the events (officers, suspects, hostages, photos, notepad), then the Lead writes the final report, submitted then approved.
- Medical recordsFind a patient, their medical history and visits, record an assessment on the body chart, write an operative report, sign, correct with a full history and track what is still owed.
- DocumentsThe department library (procedures, regulations, guides with versions and read confirmation), templates of documents to issue, and issued documents: numbered, signed, frozen and verifiable with a code.
- PDF and image exportExport any MDT record as a print-ready PDF or a PNG image, in your organization’s colors, with number, date, page numbers and verification code.
- Global searchFind a citizen, a player, a vehicle, a weapon, an operation or a case from the ⌘K palette.
Justice
Administer justice: offense files and fines, complaints, evidence, the penal code, warrants, BOLOs and court cases.
- Offense files and finesOne person and their offenses in a single file: amounts set by the penal code, procedure times and cell time, review by the justice department, legal statuses, criminal record and fines.
- ComplaintsRecord a citizen’s complaint (complainant, accused, facts, place, attachments), assign it to a member, handle it with your organisation’s own statuses and follow its history.
- EvidenceThe register of seized evidence: seal number, type, description, photos, links to files, status, location, holder, and a chain of custody that can never be edited.
- Penal codeThe Penal code module: one shared code or one per police department, written by the justice department, with its levels, sentencing degrees, rows with quantity and file types.
- Warrants and BOLOsIssue arrest warrants (reserved to justice by default) and search warrants, broadcast BOLOs, and close them.
- Court casesOpen a case, name the defendants, schedule hearings and close it with a verdict.
Operations
Run the service live: going on duty, units, calls, dispatch, the map, the panic button, game alerts, sectors and electronic tags.
- DutyWho is on duty, your hours week by week, correcting your shifts, team hours, automatic cut-offs and ending someone else’s shift.
- Units and statusesForming a patrol, changing its status, and defining the service’s unit statuses.
- CallsEach service’s call queue, the call page, its log, transfers and closing.
- DispatchThe dispatch screen — call queue, map and units side by side, to assign a unit in one move.
- Live mapOn-duty members’ positions, sent by the game server, on the San Andreas map.
- Panic buttonAn on-duty officer’s distress alert — from the MDT, the tablet or the game — with an urgent call, banner, alarm and point on the map.
- Game alertsWhat the game reports on its own — shots fired, robberies, vehicle thefts, 911 calls — reaches dispatch as a call, merged and capped.
- Patrol sectorsSplit San Andreas into named, colored sectors, see them on the map, and assign units to a sector.
- Electronic tagsPlace an electronic tag on a game character, follow them on the live map, set allowed or forbidden zones and receive the alerts.
